My candle isnt burning evenly, how can I fix it?

Letting your candle melt evenly across the top is a crucial step for ensuring your candle burns to its fullest potential. During your first burn make sure that the wax is melted on the entire surface of the candle before blowing it out.

Why does candle have a bumpy texture after its cooled down?

Having an uneven or bumpy texture on the tops of our candles is completely normal. It's a common result when using 100% soy wax, so rest assured this is proof that our candles are entirely soy! Don't worry this won't affect the performance of your candle.

What is the expected burn times for your candles?

Our candles burn between 50 - 55 hours, Make sure to trim the wicks after every burn to ensure the candle burns for its expected time.
